The Buff Workout App just turned one year old! A project which was years in the making, seeing it finally go live and having it come to life thanks to your support means the world to us! Here’s a look at all the great new features added over the past 365 days:

Over 200 new exercises added 🏋️
Our exercise library now has a total of over 600 exercises! Whether you’re looking for barbell, dumbbell, cables, machine, mobility bands or bodyweight, the library continues to expand, with many of the new exercises added based upon your request!
10 New Workout Plans 📘

Including the High Intensity plan, Super Shred, Buff Grrrl, Bulking Blueprint and more. Additionally, we’ve added single day workouts, for when you’re looking for a quick workout focusing on a specific body part or workout routine, such as Push/Pull.
User Requested Features 🙋
Based upon your feedback, we’ve added the ability to add additional exercises to a plan, replace exercises and add additional sets. We’ve also added the ability to choose the kind of sets you’re performing (Warm-Up, Super Sets, Tri-Sets, Failure Sets) and to see a live view of your volume, sets and reps during a workout.
Charisma Medals 🏅
The Community in the Buff Workout app is constantly inspiring us, and we wanted to make sure you were rewarded for your hard work! There are now achievement medals for making workout posts, liking other people’s posts and following other users. Thank you for helping to make the community a constant source of motivation!

And we’re just getting started! Here’s a look at the Buff Workout app features we’re currently working on now!
Cardio Feature 👟
In addition to being able to properly track your cardio (whether that be treadmill, running, rowing or elliptical) we are also in the final stages of wrapping up our “Agility” category, which will include 20 new medals based upon the distance you’ve traveled.

Workout Sharing 📤
You will soon be able to share workouts either within the app or externally on social media. So if you’re working out with a gym buddy, you’ll easily be able to perform the same workout together with a simple click!
New Workout Plans 📚
Beginning with our Bikini Body plan, we will be adding many new micro and macro workout plans throughout the year, including Old School Muscle(which will focus on the Golden Era of lifting and many of that time perdiod’s unique exercises) and more!
