Upcoming Buff App Features:

Hello Buff App users! We hope you are enjoying the Buff app, and more importantly that it’s helping to benefit you and your workouts!

Here is a list of upcoming features we’re working on adding to the app in the near future:

May 2026: Buff Dudes 12 Week Plan, 4th Edition: The follow-up to our successful “12 Week Plan,” we are striving to make the 4th edition our best one yet.

April 2026: 12 Week Home Gym Plan: No gym? No problem! We are working on the 12 Week Home Gym Plan, a plan to be performed at home using dumbbells or barbells only.

March 2026: Superhero Plan: We are currently working on Superhero Plan DEUX, the follow-up to our original Buff Dudes Superhero Plan. A 12 week plan focusing on Size, Endurance, Power and Strength, it’s been designed to create a superhero physique!

✅ FINISHED AND LIVE IN APP: March 2026: Working Sharing: You can now share workouts in the app and across social media! This is great when you’re in the gym with a workout partner, and quickly want to share a custom routine. In your custom routines, click the three vertical dots next to your workout, click “share” and share either inside the app or outside with the generated link.

✅ FINISHED AND LIVE IN APP: February 2026: Cardio Feature and “Agility” Medals: You can now track cardio inside the app! In addition, we have created an 8th profile statistic: agility. This tracks your total feet/miles, meters/kilometers. You will also gain medals for agility milestones, such as the equivalent of distance it takes to scale Mount Everest, run a marathon and more.

✅ FINISHED AND LIVE IN APP: October 2025: Athlete plan: We are working on a 6 week Athlete plan which will feature new exercises such as Sled Push, Battle Ropes, Med Ball Slams and more. Look for this in October.

✅ FINISHED AND LIVE IN APP: October 2025: Daily Streaks: We are currently working on daily streaks, to help keep you motivated to log-in and keep a record of how many days in a row you’ve been active.

✅ FINISHED AND LIVE IN APP: October 2025: High Intensity Training plan: We are working on a Mike Mentzer inspired ‘HIT’ workout plan. Look for this in September.

✅ FINISHED AND LIVE IN APP: October 2025: Buff Grrrl plan: We are currently working on a women’s workout plan with the goal of releasing it in September.

✅ FINISHED AND LIVE IN APP: April 28th, 2025: Choosing Alternate Exercises in a Workout Plan: Currently you can replace an exercise when performing a Custom Workout, but we are creating the ability to choose from a list of alternate exercises when performing an official app workout plan as well. The goal is to have this finished by early May.

✅ FINISHED AND LIVE IN APP: April 28th, 2025: Super Shred Cutting Plan: We are wrapping up work on a 12 week lean body plan. Look for this in early May.

✅ FINISHED AND LIVE IN APP: April 28th, 2025: Warm-Up, Pre-Exhaust, and Failure: We are working on the option to be able to mark sets within a workout as either Warm-Up, Pre-Exhaust or Failure. Look for these additions soon. The goal is to have this finished by early May.

✅ FINISHED AND LIVE IN APP: April 28th, 2025: Deleting and editing workouts and stats: We are working on the option to be able to delete and edit prior workouts and their corresponding stats. The goal is to have this finished by early May.

✅ FINISHED AND LIVE IN APP: April 28th, 2025: Refreshed Community Tab: We are working on new community features including nested comments, being able to like comments and tagging other users. Look for this feature mid June.
